Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dicha website and mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by Dicha, Inc. ("Dicha", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or Canada to use Dicha to send money. You must be able to form a legally binding contract and complete our identity verification process.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dicha.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Dicha facilitates money transfers through licensed and regulated banking, payment, and money-transmission partners. Exchange rates and fees are disclosed and confirmed before you complete each transfer.

We may delay, decline, or cancel a transfer for reasons including suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, incomplete recipient information, or verification failures.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information. Dicha is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect recipient due to inaccurate information you provided.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud, and may not use the Services to send funds you are not legally entitled to send.

Applicable transfer fees and exchange rates are displayed before you confirm each transaction. Fees may change over time and vary by amount, destination, and delivery method.

You may be able to cancel a transfer before it has been delivered to your recipient, subject to the status shown in the app. Once funds have been delivered or picked up, the transaction generally cannot be reversed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dicha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to Dicha for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the integrity of our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dicha, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
